GALANOS ENGINEERING CONSULTANT ENGINEERS Technical Office is based in Drama. It was founded by DipEd Mechanical Engineer (AUTH) and MSc holder in Sustainable Environmental Project Design Lazaros I. Galanos and is staffed with associate engineers of high expertise and experience.

The primary principle and commitment of our company is to constantly upgrade the quality of the services provided, thus ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

The company has adopted a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the International Standard ISO 9001:2015, which it applies to all its activities involving  service quality and customer satisfaction.

We continuously review and improve the characteristics of the services provided, as well as the efficiency of its processes and by extension the entire Quality Management  System.

We set measurable objectives concerning quality at both business and process levels as well as customer satisfaction. These objectives are determined and evaluated by the Administration as to their rate of achievement in view of the Quality Management System Review.

We invest in ongoing training to update skills, knowledge and competences of our associates in order to guarantee the quality of the studies implemented in each project.

We monitor measure and evaluate critical parameters and procedures to ensure the quality of the studies we undertake.
