Η ίδρυση του τεχνικού γραφείου “Galanos Engineering Σύμβουλοι Μηχανικοί” έγινε το 2004 στη Δράμα, από τον Διπλωματούχο Μηχανολόγο Μηχανικό ΑΠΘ Γαλανό Ι. Λάζαρο με μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές (MSc) στην Περιβαλλοντική Σχεδίαση Έργων, ο οποίος έχει εργαστεί για πολλά χρόνια ως στέλεχος στην μεγαλύτερη τεχνική – μελετητική εταιρεία συμβούλων της Ελλάδος και έχει συμμετάσχει στην μελέτη, επίβλεψη και αδειοδότηση σημαντικών ιδιωτικών και δημόσιων έργων στην Βόρειο Ελλάδα.
